Vanderbilt University Residential College B Tops Out
We are proud to congratulate Vanderbilt University, Layton Construction, and the entire team on the topping out of Vanderbilt University Residential College B.
Residential College B advances Vanderbilt’s mission to enrich the educational experience by completing and extending the residential college system and developing new infrastructure to foster further interconnections between discovery and learning. Common spaces complement traditional classroom endeavors by supporting interaction and collaboration. Shared dining rooms, study lounges, a black box theatre, and outdoor green spaces provide areas for casual encounters and structured communication.
Together with Residential College C, Residential College B will complete the facelift of the West End corridor in Nashville’s Midtown neighborhood, making this major thoroughfare more pedestrian and bike-friendly.
