Next Project
The second phase of a four-part residential college initiative, Nicholas S. Zeppos College anchors the northwest corner of Vanderbilt University’s campus. The College houses 335 upper-class students in four-person suites, traditional double rooms, and traditional single rooms and complements the classroom with living-learning lounges, common rooms, and green space.
The Collegiate Gothic style exterior is complemented by a twenty-story landmark West End Tower. The West End Tower hosts short-term housing for visiting scholars, as well as state-of-the-art meeting rooms with stunning views of the campus and downtown Nashville.
As with E. Bronson Ingram College, Residential College B, and Residential College C, Nicholas S. Zeppos College includes various spaces in which residents can live, learn, and socialize. Common spaces complement traditional classroom endeavors by supporting interaction and collaboration.
