Memorial Foundation breaks ground

Our team recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Memorial Foundation Headquarters in Madison, Tennessee.

The Memorial Foundation's mission is to improve the quality of life for people through the support of other non-profit organizations. The Foundation responds to diverse community needs, assisting agencies that focus on education, youth and childhood development, access to quality healthcare, senior citizen enrichment services, and additional community services.

The design of the new 5,100-sf headquarters is inspired by The Memorial Foundation’s mission and creates a welcoming, open, and collaborative space for its users. The exterior design strategy employs classical architectural elements paired with modern detailing, celebrating The Foundation’s legacy and 30-year history, while also looking to
the future.

On the interior, spaces are designed to support interactions between staff and visitors. Gathering areas, such as the porch, boardroom, and work lounge, create an open, welcoming environment to support The Foundation’s work. Wood, warm colors, and additional interior material selections take a cue from the surrounding natural environment and pull the outdoors in.
