We are absolutely thrilled to announce that David Bailey has been elevated to The College of Fellows of The American Institute of Architects (AIA)!

This is a tremendous honor, and we couldn’t be prouder of David and his significant contributions to the profession of architecture.

With a visionary approach that intertwines design excellence, sustainable principles, and community integration, his work serves as a blueprint for transformative impact. His architectural endeavors, ranging from revitalizing historic landmarks or crafting innovative educational spaces to environmentally sensitive master plans designed to connect small and large groups, consistently reflect a deep understanding of the intricate relationships between built environments and their communities.

David has demonstrated service to the AIA through three decades of membership. In addition to serving as the AIA Middle Tennessee President this past year, he also has served on the Executive Committee Board for AIA Middle Tennessee since 2019. Additionally, he served AIA Tennessee as the Chair of the Tennessee Architecture PAC and Ex-officio Board Member, and even earlier as an AIA East Tennessee Board Member.

Congratulations, David Bailey, FAIA, on this remarkable achievement!
