Nashville Post Names David Bailey a 2025 Leader in Charge: Real Estate

Each year the Nashville Post magazine releases an 'In Charge' list, highlighting the people that make our city work. This year, they graciously honored HASTINGS' David Bailey as a Leader in Charge for their Real Estate category. 

They state, "David Bailey, Principal, Hastings Architecture: Teams with William Hastings and David Powell to lead the firm that designed South Bank’s Peabody Union, Thompson Hotel in the Gulch, Virgin Hotel in Midtown, among many others. Has been with firm since 1996."
