This fall, Dillon Dunn co-hosted a seminar at the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA) 2023 Conference with Mustapha Williams.

The annual conference saw its largest turnout yet in Portland, Oregon.

Dillon's session, entitled "Portfolio Design: How to Get Hired Without Saying a Word," gave introductory and intermediate strategies for portfolio and resume development in preparation for an internship or full-time position. Students, emerging professionals, and hiring managers gathered to share their work and previous experiences.

In addition to Dillon's session, the HASTINGS team took full advantage of the incredible networking opportunity as an exhibitor and also hosted a reception at the Bodecker Foundation, a not-for-profit foundation that provides creative communities with an extraordinary and energetic gathering place for workshops, mentoring and collaboration.

We're already looking forward to NOMA Baltimore '24!
