Topping out at EMF Headquarters

On June 8, 2023, EMF Headquarters had it's topping out ceremony and celebration! After choosing to relocate from Rocklin, California to Franklin, Tennessee in 2021, and breaking ground in May 2022, it was exciting to put the final beam into place.

Educational Media Foundation (EMF) is a faith-based nonprofit, multi-platform media company. HASTINGS was commissioned to design a new headquarters for their growing family of radio networks and media ministries.

The 165,000-square-foot headquarters responds to the complex and wide-ranging functional needs of the many varied departments that comprise the global multi-media company. Additionally, the new facility celebrates the community of employees and listeners through spaces such as the state-of-the-art 1,100-seat performance venue, which serves as a place of worship and gathering supported by generous pre-function spaces.
