ULI Nashville Recognizes Asurion Gulch Hub with Excellence in Development Award

ULI Nashville presented Asurion Gulch Hub with an Excellence in Development Award, acknowledging the project's exceptional design, land use, and impact on their asset class and community.

"I am pleased to talk about the Asurion Gulch Hub project. I thought this project really fit the context in a thoughtful and connected way. It was a complicated site and they were masterful in the way they approached it" said Nancy Blankford, Principal/ Architect at HGA Architects and Engineers.

Asurion Gulch Hub is designed to foster productivity, collaboration, and innovation to attract and retain talent while enhancing and engaging the neighborhood and broader community.

"I loved their decision to take the skyscraper and turn it sideways. It was an impactful decision. This is the type of building that would make me want to come into the office" said Rameez Munawar, Vice President, Asset Management at Jamestown L.P.
