ULI Nashville Recognizes Geodis Park for Excellence in Development

We are so excited to share that GEODIS Park won a 2023 ULI Nashville Excellence in Development Award.

This year marked ULI's 13th Excellence in Development Awards. The ceremony celebrates innovative projects that demonstrated exceptional design, land use, financial success, and impact on their asset class and community.

"Geodis Park is a regional amenity with thousands and thousands of people coming here. I thought the scale and the way they integrated the capacity to accommodate all those people but also keep it accessible and connected to the neighborhood was terrific," said Marilee Utter, President of Citiventure Associates LLC.
