Warner Music Nashville and Warner Chappell Music win AIA Tennessee Merit Award

Tonight, as part of 2023 Design Awards, AIA Tennessee recognized Warner Music Nashville and Warner Chappell Music with a Merit Award.

The new Warner Chappell Music pays respect to the heritage of bungalows that have historically housed publishing companies and artist agencies. This 1970s office building was renovated to evoke the relaxed and intimate feeling of these historic residential structures. Artists, employees, and guests are greeted with a warm, inviting, and nurturing palette that harkens back to the residential bungalows that defined Music Row.

The renovation of Warner Music Nashville re-imagines the record label’s space as a sophisticated and inspiring place to make artists’ dreams come true. At the heart of the design, a central, double-height performance space serves as a multi-purpose black box theatre designed to support everything from all-hands meetings to content capture and special performances with a capacity of up to 200 people.
