Casey Estanislao is an Associate Principal and Director of Strategy of HASTINGS Architecture. With twenty years of experience, Casey leads with strategic vision and a deep commitment to fostering excellence in architecture and design. In her role at HASTINGS, she oversees firm-wide initiatives aimed at advancing HASTINGS’ portfolio and elevating the studio’s reputation, ensuring alignment with client goals and community impact. 

Casey’s foundation in visual and performing arts continues to influence her innovative approach, bringing a unique perspective to her leadership. Prior to joining HASTINGS, she honed her expertise in New York City, directing marketing and business development efforts for renowned firms such as Ennead Architects and Davis Brody Bond. This experience solidified her ability to navigate complex markets, win competitive commissions, and promote high-caliber architectural work. 

A passionate mentor, Casey co-founded HASTINGS’ Professional Development Initiative, a workshop series aimed at cultivating the “soft skills” of professional practice, including business development, financial management, and communication. This program highlights her dedication to empowering the next generation of industry leaders.

Beyond her contributions within the firm, Casey is an advocate for equity and leadership in the industry. She is currently a member of the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) Southeast Regional Council and is an Executive Committee Member of AEC Power Women, a Nashville-based professional organization dedicated to the promotion of female leadership within the industry. She sits on the Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee for Urban Land Institute's (ULI) Nashville chapter, and is an active member of NAIOP and the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).
