Casey Estanislao

Casey brings fifteen years of experience to her role as Director of Strategy. A Senior Associate at HASTINGS, Casey is responsible for strategic planning and the pursuit of new commissions to promote the studio’s portfolio and people.

Casey has always been drawn to the arts. Her academic background in visual and performing arts informs her reverence and passion for architecture and design. Before joining HASTINGS, Casey spent ten years leading marketing and business development efforts for a diverse group of architectural practices in New York City, including Ennead Architects and Davis Brody Bond.

Her enthusiasm and dedication to mentorship fueled Casey to co-found HASTINGS’ Professional Development Initiative, a bi-monthly workshop series focused on teaching the “soft skills” of professional practice – including business development, financial management, and personal communication.

Her commitment to the industry extends beyond the firm through her involvement in professional organizations, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NAIOP, AEC Power Women, and SMPS. As a ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee Member, Casey advocates for gender equity and works to increase and promote the visibility of women leaders in our industry.

Originally from south-central Pennsylvania – Casey is always on the hunt for a good soft pretzel and will forever root for the Baltimore Orioles.
