Laura Hollier
Associate , AIA, LEED Green Associate

Laura is an architect at HASTINGS with a broad range of experience in multifamily, institutional, community, and urban planning projects. Stemming from a long line of Louisiana natives and LSU Alumni, Laura graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University in 2013. Prior to joining HASTINGS, Laura spent her college summers interning at New Orleans-based Trahan Architects followed by a position at Smith Gee Studio in Nashville.

Laura is also the Family Council Vice President of 4th generation family business in the forestry and forest products sector. Growing up in an FSC-Certified timber business and surrounded by a fervently philanthropic extended family, Laura developed a passion for both forestland stewardship and affordable housing. These passions sparked her dream of becoming an architect at just seven years old. A two-time recipient of the HASTINGS Research + Innovation grant, Laura is continuously bolstering her knowledge on Mass Timber and Affordable Housing. Laura continues to grow in her love and knowledge of the forest and creating beautiful, sustainable homes.

Laura is a member of the American Institute for Architects and a LEED Green Associate. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, woodworking, and frequenting the multitude of music venues that Nashville has to offer.
